On the field, most influential of economic system world wide was capitalist and socialist system. On capitalist system emphasized on self creativity, self innovation and self production so individualism as actor of business. All incentive, concession and protection of business was empowered to an individual while a state administration was only as a regulator board. Cause the state administration had no many assets so and to be highest disparity of prosperity among peoples so most richest individu cause incentive, concession and protection give charity toward inlucky peoples like famine, homeless and hopeless.

Different by socialist system that always emphasized on socialism. All natural resources was managed and exploited by the state for prosperity of entire peoples. So all incentive, concession and protection of business was empowered to a state Corporation and delivering all their product for entire peoples in cheapest and best quality product under subsidiary of taxes (on secular states) or tithe paid by richmans (on Islamic states). So on socialist system, the state administration always gave a public service toward their peoples cause prosperity of their peoples always on equality. So if to be unlucky peoples, the state administration will give charity toward them like famine, homeless and hopeless.

Cause only top businessman with gigantic corporates could obtain incentive (in Indonesia like Indonesia Bank Liquidity Aid amount Rp 177 trillion on 1998 recent worth Rp 177,000 trillion have delivered to banks involving in foreign exchange transaction to exceed if to be rush only without any interest), a concession (in Indonesia like Forest Concession Right (HPH) and protection (in Indonesia like monopoly on export-import, trade system of clove, sugar and wheat). So impossible middle and small business could get its incentive, concession and protection finally if to be unlucky peoples only big businessman individually gave charity toward them to bounce their successful and business although in the fact its social fund came from the corporate to support a social activities. So here never give up ran cause its social fund exactly came from incentive, concession and protection of corporate but on behalf of their main shares holder cause their dividend will be deducted for a corporate social activity. Only main shares holder of gigantic corporate could give charity while the state administration was nothing. If Barack Obama would change an insurance system with health care protection for entire peoples, they would dethrone. So if some day Elon Musk was bankrupcy, other big businessman will give charity but common peoples never give up.

Different on socialist system, all incentive (in Indonesia write off of many tiny debtor like on KUK (small business loan under subsidiary of state administrtation), concession (in Indonesia a state forest corporate got a land concession entire Indonesia archipelagos to manage a Forest and protection (in Indonesia Pertamina held a sole distribution of fuel and gas entire Indonesia). So in socialist system, the state administration held all natural resources assets and products while disparity of their peoples was average. Here only the state administration could give down to unlucky peoples like famine, homeless and hopeless while individual never give down and never give up cause their life on average. If some day Elon Musk was bankruptcy, only the state administration will give charity while a common peoples never give down.
